We have received confirmation from the landlord that the internet connectivity issue has now been fixed. - The HomeSuite Team The entire experience was very easy and simple, however I had some issues with the rental home that should have been outlined prior to me staying there. There were a lot of noise issues (i.e. the walls are so thin that any truck driving down the street sounds like it's in the apartment), which was a little frustrating. Also there was a huge issue with the internet, it essentially didn't work passed 9pm, and if it did work, it was very slow. This should certainly be a warning to future tenants, or it should be fixed. My landlord did try to fix this issue by calling out the company to take a look, but there was no improvement. Overall however, the stay was pleasant, and the website and landlord were very helpful.”
“The landlord was super responsive and helpful! The place was nice, though missing some basic kitchen stuff (glasses, more than three forks, baking pans). It was great having a dishwasher in the unit, and there's a laundromat right across the street. Otherwise there was plenty of light, a reasonably comfortable bed, and I loved being able to open the windows. The location is convenient and there are a lot of restaurants, etc nearby. I also liked being close to the Castro for shopping and bars. Traffic isn't too bad in the area and I could always find parking, and public transit is nearby too. I'd recommend it. ”
