“The apartment is as shown in the pictures. The living room is very spacious with two big couches and a tv with Netflix available. The kitchen works well if you want to cook for yourself. The apt is a true one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is tiny but fully functioning (shower works great). Laundry in the building is quite useful but a bit expensive. The area is full of restaurants and markets while the apt is really quite since facing an internal courtyard. I barely had interactions with the host since I had no significant issues and whenever I had doubts they promptly answered my questions. The price is in line with the midtown rates but the cleaning fee is a bit high in my opinion. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.”
“Very prompt at communication”
“The host canceled this reservation the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.”
“This is a great and spacious apartment in midtown. Close to the UN and shopping. The 2 pullout couchs were an added bonus. Would definitely consider again.”
“The staff were very responsive to all my concerns and even offered to meet me at the place for check-in because they usually ask guests to pick up the keys a few blocks away. Someone met me at the place and even helped me with my suitcases. They were very attentive to all my concerns, especially because the building was undergoing a lot of renovations. The listing is just as described. The bed is very comfortable and the AC is very effective. Lots of closet space as well and bathroom seemed to have just been renovated.”
