The 1 br/1 ba apartment is on the top floor of a high-end building. It faces a quiet street so that you can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and get a good night's rest in the cozy bed. The complex features a pool, gym, office, laundry room, and parking.

The well-appointed living room has a TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and HBO so you are never without entertainment. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal, and all the coffee necessities. The modern complex features a very nice pool (heated from mid-May to early September), barbecue, gym, office, laundry room, and your own parking spot so it is an all-around vacation retreat.

We do allow pets with pre-approval. We love pets and have no breed restrictions, but do not accept more than one medium to large-size dog. Two small dogs or two cats are okay.
