“Quiet and welcoming spot within walking distance to numerous destinations. The bed is cozy comfortable, and I had everything I needed amenity-wise. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The apartment was beautifully clean and comfortable. The space was also quiet and the check-in and out processes were easy and smooth. Clear communication with the host. The location is terrific, especially if you are looking to attend an event at the Convention Center (and even if you aren't, it's close to many amenities).”

“When traveling for work, I like to stay in a homey space. Nicole and Elizabeth’s apartment was clean, quiet, and central to everything I needed for this trip. I rated my stay three stars because the apartment had a foul odor coming from the vents that reminded me of sulfur and sewage. Initially, I was concerned that there was a gas leak due to the nature of the smell but figured it was probably something else. I contacted the hosts, who were very responsive and made a good faith effort to have the issue addressed. Unfortunately, building maintenance did not follow-up or resolve the issue. Additionally, neither host followed up with me to make sure the issue was addressed. I had high hopes for the space but the smell kinda ruined my experience and made the stay less comfortable.”

“This is a great studio apartment. Extremely well located if you are attending a convention. Streets are safe and the place is quiet. Only thing to mention is that with the white blinds, it does not get very dark in the apartment even at night. If this is the kind of thing that would bother you, I would recommend traveling with a eyemask to sleep in.”
