“We stayed in Emeys apartment for 2 1/2 month and liked it a lot. The structure of the appartment is very good, it is very bright (not typically in the US in my opinion), clean and only useful furnitures are in it. We liked especially the kitchen with the nice balcony. It is situated very nicely: close to El Camino, next door is a supermarket and the Steven Creeks trail is very close to do nice walks and bikes. Emey helped us very quickly whenever we needed something. So, we were very lucky with our choice.”
“Emey is a very welcoming and friendly host. The apartment is exactly as described – it is very roomy and I felt quite at home for approximately four weeks. Everything is tidy, the neighbourhood is quiet in the morning and evening hours. A Lucky supermarket is directly next door – other supermarkets like Trader Joe's are in driving distance. I have no complaints at all :)”

“We stayed in Emey's unit on Williams Way, Mountain View, for three months. Despite some initial issue, we really liked the apartment and enjoyed the stay. It's bright and spacious, and it's also in a very good location. The unit was very close to Caltrain and many other store which made it easy for us to get around and buy things. Emey is very cooperative, accommodating, and polite. She did her best to meet our needs whenever an issue came up. I recommended Emey's place.”

“The unit has two good bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a less spacious living room. It is generous in storage space, including 2 walk-in closets. The property was in good condition and very well maintained. The property manager (Emey Chu) did an excellent job fixing any problems we encountered (e. g. noise in the heating system), on the same day. We did encounter a problem when we asked to shorten our stay by a month, in accordance with the Airbnb cancellation policy. Emey only agreed to allow that if she found a replacement tenant. After Airbnb enforced the early termination of the lease, Emey demanded that we triple the fee we paid for our pets, arguing that the fee we were paying was contingent upon staying at least 3 months in the unit, something that had never been mentioned before. She claimed we refused to abide with her published policy regarding pet fees, even though that policy was added to the listing only after the dispute started. Again thanks to Airbnb’s intervention the fee tripling was dropped. To summarize, this is a very good unit in great location. We do advise potential tenants to request very clear information about all fees in advance and in writing. ”
