“Stayed here for around 5 months while studying. Best things about the place: The Neighborhood and The View. Everyone I met in this area, including other residents in the unit, were all very friendly and in general the area has a very nice atmosphere. This area also felt very safe - much more so than areas like mission/Market Street etc. The view from the apartment is also incredible; panoramic views of the bay bridge and the city are amazing, the sun rises directly outside the main windows and at sunset the sky turns a violet hue which is equally striking. The view alone makes this apartment worthwhile. The negatives: the apartment is at the top of a hill, so walking back can be tiring. However, if you are fit then this won't be an issue. There are also some shops close by to get the essentials, so you won't need to trek far often. Equally, the walk into town towards Union Square is very easy (as it is all downhill) and a nice walk as you can go all the way through Chinatown. This only takes around 20mins and you can always just get an uber back for around $10. The interior of the apartment could do with some updating; however, it also has everything that you need, so if you aren't bothered by not having a super luxurious interior then you won't take issue with it. Overall, the negatives are minimal and really just come down to your personal preference. I highly recommend this apartment as the view is amazing, the neighborhood is friendly and safe, and you can walk to the centre of town pretty easily (very much so with a scooter or bicycle).”

“Great apartment in an amazing SF neighborhood. Thanks for everything, Thomas!”
“This the place. It is so magical. Drink your coffee on a private deck overlooking all of San Francisco, the Pacific Ocean and the bay bridge. The Wild parrots of telegraph hill will sit on the window sill and say hello. It is so quiet, you will feel you are in your own world ( except you are not, you are 5 minutes walk from Northbeach, the most beautiful neighborhood in the city). My husband and I stayed for 3 months and it was heavenly. We did not turn on the television once instead spent our evenings watching sunsets, drinking wine, eating handmade pasta and gazing at the beautiful light shows on the bay bridge. Every friend who visited could not believe this place was for real and just said "wow". Stay here you deserve it.”
“Thomas was a great host, very accommodating and friendly. We didn’t have any issues but I felt confident if we did, they would be addressed immediately. It is quite a hike up to the apartment but the view is spectacular. The bedsheets and towels were a little worn but the place is otherwise clean and cozy. The fan is a welcome amenity as it can get hot up there during the day. Thanks!”
