“As a recent college graduate, I stayed in the loft for exactly one month and found it to be absolutely perfect. The managers were easy to get a hold of whenever I had any issues and were quick in solving them. The apartment building is clean and nice with very friendly people, and the apartment itself had everything I needed. It was easy to keep clean and perfect for entertaining. Not to mention, I loved the big windows! Although the noise from the street was a problem at first, I quickly adapted to it and I don't think any apartment downtown wouldn't be loud at times. I highly recommend this place to anyone - I felt safe and had fun exploring downtown!”

“THE SUPERVISOR IS AMAZING!!!!! And the apartment was perfect!!!! I could not have asked for a better experience. She was very accommodating. I was needing a place to stay while I underwent medical treatment. I was not able to book an exact date until 2 weeks prior to the procedure. She was very sympathetic to my needs and made due with what little information I was able to give her at the time. Once we arrived, the supervisor and her husband helped us move in. And during our stay checked on us from time to time. She responded very quickly to our emails and text messages as well. Just awesome!!! The apartment was super cute! It was exactly what I thought it would be and more. It's hard to really tell the size of it in photos, but it's very spacious for a studio apartment. The big windows were perfect. I love natural light. It just makes you feel good. And it was also fun to sit and people watch. The set up and feel of the apartment is very homey and cozy. The building and staff were great as well. After a few days the staff knew us and we knew them, and it really felt like home. The surrounding area is...downtown LA!!!!! So.... its the downtown life. Noisy during the day...and part of the night, but not too bad. I would 100% stay here again. And absolutely recommend this place.”

“I stayed here for a few weeks while on business in downtown Los Angeles. The loft is in a super convenient location, and is nicely appointed and very convenient. No need for a car (Metro is down the street, bus stops nearby), and lots of fun places to eat close by. Great spot to watch people or film crews from the window overlooking Spring Street. I had a great time, and this place turned a typical business trip into a fun L.A. experience!”

“As a busy working mother, I value easy and simple. The loft was exactly as advertised. The owners are very kind and easy to work with. The fact that the loft is fully furnished and includes all of the necessities one would need made my stay there (I arrived with only one suitcase of clothes) very simple!”

“Two of us stayed in this beautiful loft and were very comfortable with the bed and the pull out couch (the bed was really comfortable! -- the couch less so). The location is great if you want to be downtown--close to lots of cafés and restaurants, as well as public transport (bus and metro). The only downfall is that it is a little noisy, especially in the morning, when the buses get going, but this is to be expected in the downtown. The loft was very well equipped--everything we needed was provided for. Everyone we dealt with was really lovely. The roof patio was a nice place to unwind in the early evening. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook this if we were travelling to LA again.”
